Our History

The school first opened its doors in January 2012, founded by a small group of educators who were intrigued and excited by the educational methods of Dr. Maria Montessori. They believed in the basic Montessori tenet of encouraging a child’s self-realization of his/her own worth and potential. Located in Nilopool, Budhanilkantha the school began to provide kindergarten and primary program for students ages 3 to 9. It is now located nearby Nilopool, Budhanilkantha (on the way to Taulung), in newly renovated facilities, offering programs from Kindergarten (18 months - 3 years), Primary (3 - 6 years), Elementary (6 - 12 years).

Over the years, the school has come to represent the best of educational innovation with goals that are firmly rooted in a Montessori curriculum and high moral standards and continues to offer a Montessori educational experience providing excellent academics, innovative programs and a nurturing, child-centered environment.
